Connecting these four things is the biggest benefit I have experienced from practicing yoga. This exercise, philosophy, lifestyle, is what my next Podcast episode is all about! Tea with HB is *finally* back with a hot cup of Uni-tea. Your self, the world, people and animals that surround you. Everything is connected.
My self-care tip for next week is to notice that. Take it all in. Look at a leaf for a whole minute, smell a flower for five! Break your brain’s pattern of being overstimulated and try not to multitask as much. Eat a meal without watching TV. Chew. Notice.
